The steps are extremely easy to follow.
1) Use accelerator mouth rinse for ten seconds - Just like using mouth wash. Extremely easy, you do have to make sure you get the front of your teeth.
2) Brush on whitening gel - Looks like a nail polish bottle, with the same type brush. You just paint the teeth you want whitened. I loved this concept, I always had problems in the past with not whitening the "in between" parts of my teeth. With this product, you have ultimate control.
3)Shine activiation light on teeth - Also super easy, and surprisingly comfortable. Batteries are included, and it automatically turns off after 2 minutes.
Repeat steps 1-3 anywhere from 10-20 times. I did the full twenty. I had plenty of time on my hands, and wanted to make sure I had accurate results to share.
I absolutely loved this product. I have pretty white teeth normally, but I noticed about a 2 shade difference when I finished. That is a lot for the shade of my teeth!! I don't think they could get any whiter after using Luster. I loved that it is NOT a daily thing. With daily whitening, I always seem to forget to do it after a couple days. This was so much easier, and such quick results. The results last about to 12 months!
I definitely would recommend this product. I am extremely satisfied with the results, and will repeat Luster 1 Hour White when needed. This product retails for $39.99, is is definitely worth the time and money!
